Study timer & targets
A little less planning. A little more doing.
Turn your next priority into a daily target, time the work by topic and keep a record of the effort.

‘Study all evening’ is a hard task to finish. ‘Revise percentages and solve two RC passages’ gives you somewhere to start. Ocegik puts those small commitments next to the time you spend doing them.
Why we built it
A mock review only helps if it changes what happens next. Daily targets turn gaps into concrete work, and the study timer helps you keep track of that work across VARC, DILR and Quant.
Where it makes a difference
Give today a clear finish line
Add small targets, tag them by section and tick them off. Plan ahead when you already know what tomorrow needs.
Time the topic you are studying
Choose a topic or subject and start the timer. Use a focus block when a bounded session makes it easier to sit down.
Keep the effort you already made
Save a session to your history, or add it manually if you forgot to start the clock.
After reviewing a mock, set ‘Revise ratios’ as a target. Time the revision, then finish with a few questions. The target records what you intended; the session records the time you gave it.
A little design thinking
Your timer follows your study session.
The timer keeps running as you move around the app, so checking a formula does not break your session. Targets and study time sit together because hours and completed tasks tell different parts of the same story. You can pause when you need a break.
Try it in your next study week
- 1.Choose two or three concrete targets for the day.
- 2.Start a timer for your first topic and do the work.
- 3.Save the session and check off what you finished.
